Frostbite Foods is a small, local, family owned and operated business in Fairbanks, AK. We operate a chips and salsa company as well as a food truck we call the “Monster”. Our chips are gluten free white corn and our unique salsas are made with all fresh, natural ingredients with absolutely no preservatives or processed items added. We offer a small (and growing all the time) but delicious menu of nachos, fish tacos and burgers. All of our sauces including our cheese sauce are made fresh, in house, from scratch. Every item we serve is made to order so we can be sure to provide you with the freshest, most delicious meal possible!
