Small Batch, Alaskan Independent Distilling
We are a small independent distillery located in Fairbanks, AK. Our products are distilled from local barley grown in Delta Junction and certified Alaska Grown. Our stills are hand made by the distiller to produce exceptionally smooth and pure spirits. Our products are as follows:
Long Winter Vodka
Our flagship product. An exceptionally smooth, honest vodka made from 100% local barley. Long Winter Vodka has a slight strawberry nose, with clean, crisp vanilla notes at the finish. In 2014 Long Winter Vodka was awarded a silver medal for best domestic vodka in New York’s The Fifty Best tasting.
Summer Harvest Gin
A traditional gin that is well balanced, with a long citrusy finish. It’s made from the same local barley as our vodka, with the addition of select botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander, Iris Root, Mace, Cardamom and fresh Rhubarb grown on the distillery property. In 2014 Summer Harvest Gin was awarded a bronze medal in the American Craft Spirits Association first annual tasting.
Fairbanks Sourdough Rum
Alaska’s 1st Rum! Fairbanks Sourdough Rum is a unique Alaskan experience. Instead of using commercial yeast, this rum is fermented using a sourdough that was started in Alaska more than 60 years ago. This is an honest rum, with no added sweeteners, spices or flavorings. Enjoy Alaskan history in every sip.
Rum Jam
Delicious jams made with wild Alaskan blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. We also use our Fairbanks Sourdough Rum and a secret blend of spices to make our jams.
