Come as you are and sit on the deck overlooking the historic Chena River and watch the Riverboat Discovery pass and the float planes land. Our food service is “Alaskan Style”, which means the combination of the freshest products possible with our unique culinary heritage. At times you will find the herbs grown on site or “Local Grown” under a state wide sustainability program. And don’t forget… The Senators Saloon features “The World’s Most Northern Oyster Bar” where you can sample succulent oysters flown in fresh on Alaska Airlines. To wash it all down, chose from the Pacific Northwest and Alaskan brewed micro brews; most recently Fairbanks own Hoodoo and Silver Gulch breweries.
